**The Client**:
Our client is one of Australia's leading hospitality entertainment providers. Due to extended growth within the business, they are now looking for a experienced Platform Owner

**The Role**:
The Platform Owner establishes and maintains vendor relationships, creates or updates documentation (both technical and non-technical) and establishes a future roadmap for the platform that aligns with business requirements.

The Platform Owner will coordinate major upgrades, ensuring that key stakeholders are informed and appropriately involved throughout the upgrade process.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Lead platform implementation and rollouts, working closely with relevant stakeholders.
- Platform configuration and management.
- Continuous improvement and process
refinement, including communicating with
affected departments and stakeholders
- Platform access management
- Understand risk management and provide recommendations to mitigate risk to maximise platform availability.
- Manage vendor relationship management and roadmap development.
- Platform compliance

**The Experience Required**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in the field of IT.
- Minimum two years in a similar role and/or function.
- Vendor / Industry appropriate qualifications eg. ITIL, TOGAF, Agile.
- Hands on technical experience with a full suite HCM (Ceridian preferred)
- Hands on technical experience with a POS platform preferred but not essential.
