THICC Cookies is on the hunt for a dynamic and driven **Wholesale Sales Manager** to take full charge of the wholesale side of our growing business. **What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Drive Sales**: Take ownership of wholesale sales, meeting and exceeding targets to grow our footprint in the market.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with current customers, with a special focus on our VIPs.
- **Sign Up New Customers**: Actively seek and onboard new cafes, retailers, and stockists, expanding our wholesale reach.
- **Promote New Products**: Lead the charge on launching new products, ensuring they get the spotlight they deserve.
- **Manage the Numbers**: Take charge of the Profit and Loss (PNL) for wholesale, keeping the business on track financially.
- **Problem Solve**: Be the go-to person for troubleshooting and solving any issues our wholesale customers may face.
- **Team Reporting**: Provide regular updates to the team on the status of wholesale sales, customer feedback, and growth opportunities.
- **Deliver Orders**: Occasionally deliver orders to customers, ensuring smooth and timely service.
- **Meet & Network**: Meet with customers face-to-face, network within the industry, and represent THICC Cookies at events and trade shows.

**This Role Involves**:

- Being on the road and traveling around Sydney regularly to visit customers, attend events, and deliver orders.
- A company car provided for work-related travel.
- A valid driver’s license is essential.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: A solid background in cafes, hospitality, or similar industries. Experience in wholesale or food service sales is a huge plus.
- **Time Manager**:We are looking for someone with incredible time management, self discipline and a self starter.
- **Industry Connections**: A strong network within the cafe or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- **Sales Savvy**: Proven ability to close deals, manage relationships, and grow sales.
- **Customer-Centric**: A natural relationship builder who goes above and beyond for customers.
- **Financial Acumen**: Comfortable managing budgets, PNL statements, and financial reporting.
- **Problem Solver**: Quick on your feet, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative and able to communicate effectively with all parts of the business.
- **Driving License**: A valid driver’s license is required, as this role involves being on the road.

Pay: $78,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales / Hospistality or Cafe: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
