**About the Role**

Jones Radiology is pleased to be offering an opportunity for a CT Site Coordinator to join one of our newest and largest clinic locations, Calvary Adelaide. We have a solid and specialised team using advanced modern equipment to provide the highest standard of current, evidence-based medical knowledge and skills.

As CT Site Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with the clinic team to plan, direct and deliver a high-quality service to patients and referrers. This includes contributing positively to the overall clinic culture and leadership. Given the complex exams, you will provide clinical and technical expertise to support staff for training and ongoing education. This position will join a dedicated and empowered team led by the CT Chief of Modality, who will provide professional expert advice on CT matters and the Chief Technologist/ Area Manager for operational matters.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Leading and managing modality staff rostered to their clinic, including the coordination of day-to-day activities, conducting yearly career development conversations, ensuring professional conduct of staff, staff allocation, enhancing team culture and coaching as required.
- Managing and exhibiting high service standards, including workflow, patient care, referrer liaison, productivity benchmarks and CPD.
- Monitoring competency and proficiency, identifying gaps and liaising with Modality Chiefs to develop staff.
- Assistance with the supervision of staff.
- Provide feedback on site-specific modality issues/needs to the Chief of Modality.
- Attending Quarterly senior modality meetings to work through issues, set objectives, and provide consistency within the Practice.
- Contributing to the achievement of budgets, including reaching revenue targets and allocating resources.
- Driving the business’s strategic objectives in collaboration with the relevant Area Manager.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Extensive Siemens CT knowledge.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to perform high-quality CT diagnostic and interventional medical imaging examinations.
- Cardiac CT and Syngo via workstation experience is desirable.
- AHPRA registration and EPA SA Radiation Licence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other medical and non-medical personnel.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to the culture and values of Jones Radiology.
- Ability to perform some weekend and out-of-hours work; on a rostered or on-call basis and be compensated accordingly.
