On behalf of more than 30 government agencies across South Australia, AGFMA covers asset management for government-owned facilities and will generate a revenue of approximately $300 million per annum over the initial term. We will safely deliver these facilities management services to the community of South Australia, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. **The Opportunity**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Compliance Inspector who will support a rolling 3-year site inspection program for the AGFMA portfolio. The purpose of the inspection program is to ensure that AGFMA sites are compliant with legislation, are safe, functional and operating to a high standard.

This is a fulltime, Permanent role that will see you based in Adelaide.

**Primary responsibilities of the role will include**:

- Perform site inspections in accordance with audit/inspection schedule or as directed by the Site Inspection Coordinator.
- Identify non-compliance, regulatory issues, and non-conforming work practices so that timely and appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Write reports summarising the findings of each inspection and provide them to the relevant Agency and site personnel
- Engage Agency and site personnel to organise and coordinate inspections, and explain the report findings to them
- Manage a continuous program of works including coordination with colleagues and other stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers
- Provide recommendations to improve performance and compliance monitoring
- Provide reports as requested and within timeframe

**Skills and Experience**
- Legislation and Building Standards experience, and/or performance of a similar role in previous employment highly regarded.
- Competent Microsoft Office knowledge and report writing skills.
- Strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment, but also able to self-manage and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
