Benchmark National are seeking a highly motivated Property Manager/Associate to oversee a portfolio of residential properties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, and handle lease agreements and renewals.
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns.
- Oversee maintenance staff and external contractors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of property management regulations and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Retains a Certificate of Registration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Providing opportunities for professional development and growth.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- Property management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
