Are you a plumber with more than 4 years experience?

SPS Property Services is a leading Sydney maintenance plumbing company specialising in Strata and COD clients. We are growing and looking for a skilled plumber who either has leak detection experience or is eager to develop their skills in this area. With a rich history spanning over 13 years, we take pride in delivering top-notch service to our Strata and residential COD clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team.

What We're Offering:

  • $37–$50 per hour (based on experience) + Commissions and sales training

  • Leak detection is far less physically demanding than a full-time plumbing role, as it involves minimal manual labour. It's an ideal opportunity for experienced plumbers who want a slower-paced position where they can put their knowledge and problem-solving skills to good use.

What you will required to do + the experience required to apply for this position;

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Plumber

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. You will learn to test, inspect and report on a range of water leaks/issues using a thermal camera and other equipment
  3. Learn non-invasive burst pipe and cable locating using acoustic listening devices. We are one of the only leak detection companies to provide this advanced service in-house with complete training provided.
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  5. Have an eye for detail given the nature of leak detection
  6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  7. Hold a current drivers license.
  8. Own your own hand and basic power tools.
  9. No criminal record (police checks will be conducted)
  10. Australian Citizen (No Visa/Sponsorships accepted)
