**Your new role**
As an Infrastructure Team leader / Service delivery, you will be responsible for leading the project by providing support services and technical leadership capabilities within the organization.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Leadership Experience on IT Infrastructure Lead
- Experience in infrastructure management, and vendor management.
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure management platforms like Windows, Linux, storage, security etc.
- Demonstrated experience in End User Computing: Device Provisioning, Application Presentation & Delivery, Maintenance, Communications and Messaging, User Help and Support, Printing.
- 5+ years of experience in IT industry with specialisation in IT infrastructure management.
- Participate in critical Incidents resolution in a 24x7x365 environment.
- Operate within ITIL framework with good working knowledge of Incident, problem, change, processes.
- Knowledge and understanding of cloud services including Azure and AWS, with general knowledge of SaaS offerings such as O365, SharePoint Online etc.
- 37.5 hours per week, Fully vaccinated (3 doses), Police check, Vulnerable Person, WWCC
- Full time on site (NO Work From Home option)
