**Do you have**:

- Bachelor or Diploma in an IT related course
- Microsoft Certifications (highly desirable)
- Minimum 2 years experience in MSP

- Laptop / Desktop Knowledge, Reset devices
- Basic understanding of O365 / Cloud
- Password reset of User Accounts, Basic User Creation, Basic Group Management
- Knowledge of User Privileges
- Knowledge of Single Sign On and MFA
- Knowledge of Customers Backup environment
- Awareness of RMM tools and understanding of alert/monitoring types
- Peripheral Troubleshooting (Printers, TV’s, Video Camera)
- Microsoft Operating Systems - Server 2019, Win10/11
- Basic Networking / WiFi Troubleshooting

**Role Overview**:

- Provide outstanding support to out customers
- Use of the Nable interface to provide remote support/control of endpoints and validate agent status
- Successfully use the ITSM (ConnectWise) platform to create, diagnose and resolve incidents in line with company procedures
- Perform routine Preventative Maintenance for our key Managed Service customers and ensure issues are raised and escalated in line with company procedures
- Utilise the Microsoft Teams Calling Services and Teams interface
- Visit our customers on-site if and when required as directed
- Build, Test and Deploy SOE devices to customer specifications
- Perform a range of work activities in varied environments for our Managed Services Clients
- Receipt goods relating to customer hardware orders and update inventory/allocation of work orders
- Occasionally support the Professional Services projects team relating to Customer deliverables
