IT Service Desk Technician – Sydney | Full-time

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 + super

Kaliba are seeking an experienced
Level 3 Service Desk Technician
to join an established client's team in Sydney. The company delivers end-to-end IT solutions for SMB clients nationwide, covering cloud, network, voice, and cybersecurity services, all supported by in-house infrastructure and a national datacentre network.

What you'll do:

  • Provide advanced technical support (L3) across Windows, macOS & Linux environments
  • Troubleshoot complex issues escalated from L1/L2 teams
  • Administer Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and Active Directory
  • Support networking, routing/switching, Wi-Fi, VLANs, and VPNs
  • Manage virtualisation, backups, and security tools
  • Work on client projects, documentation, and continuous service improvements

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years' experience in IT support or service desk roles (MSP experience highly regarded)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, M365, and networking fundamentals
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • A proactive, team-focused mindset and passion for technology
  • Ability to work autonomously and handle escalations confidently
