The Opportunity
There is no better time to join the renewable energy sector and be part of an industry leading company CPP is seeking a dynamic Organisational Development Manager to drive leadership growth, talent development and organisational transformation as we continue to play a key part in delivering Australia’s clean energy future.
Bringing your professional and innovative approach, you will design tailored leadership programs for all levels of management, craft strategies to identify and nurture high-potential employees, and lead CPP’s Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
Reporting to the Head of People, Culture & Communications, you'll manage the annual performance review process and provide coaching to senior leaders, supporting their ability to lead impactful change initiatives. You will also collaborate with our internal talent team to design and implement high-potential acceleration programs aimed at boosting career progression and retention.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You
**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:
Tertiary qualifications in a related OD discipline, such as Organisational Psychology, HR Management, or equivalent.
5+ years experience in an Organisational Development role or similar.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing successful OD initiatives, including talent, succession, capability and leadership programs.
High-level communication skills and strong business acumen, with the ability to work with senior leaders.
