Roles involve manual work - applicants need to be physically fit: able to stand, push, pull, lift, bend and carry without issues

NARRE WARREN NORTH

Nursery worker duties involves potting plants, cleaning and preparing plants for sale, managing plant growth and other associated tasks.
- Have a good eye for detail and the ability to work at a fast, consistent pace with or without supervision.
- Work is of a repetitive nature and would suit someone with prior experience in process-type work
- A genuine interest in horticulture will be well regarded.
- Forklift licence would be handy if you have it.

A Leading Hand / Supervisory role is also available for someone with suitable experience. This role is flexible but will involve leading and managing team members to ensure efficient production and quality of work. Other duties will depend upon applicant’s prior experience. Horticultural quals, previous production type work and demonstrated experience in a leadership & supervisory position would be highly favoured for this role.

7.30 am to 4 pm Mon
