Wholesale growers of beauful herbs, exoc perennials, cool climate ferns & succulents for supply to retail nurseries, garden centres, landscape professionals & project managers.

This posion reports to: Senior management.

Work Hours: Mon to Wed/Thur (flexible 3 to 4 day work week ongoing posion)

Sadly aer a great snt filling his role our beloved sales rep is moving on.. SO we are seeking an on-road sales representave who loves plants as mush as we do to join the team servicing our Victorian plant retail clients. This role will suit someone with a background in business to business sales and /or a good working knowledge of retail garden centre businesses. A real passion for green life & horculture is essenal as is the desire to learn at work.

A friendly, outgoing, and dynamic personality is required. Confident & professional social interacon skills are vital. This role requires self-management, self-movaon and me management skills.

Prior sales representave or retail business sales experience is required and previous horcultural or nursery experience is not a requirement but would be beneficial.
A valid, manual drivers licence is essenal and the physical ability to li and move trays of plants.

Dues include but are not limited to:

- Selecng & loading display stock.
- Daily visits to customers, nurseries and garden centres as per pre-determined schedule.
- Establishing strong, on-going relaonships with exisng and new wholesale customers
- Presenng & promong display stock to our buyers.
- Maximise orders aquired & manage supply agreements with our clients.
- Collect and record customer feedback, and specific requirements. Report back updated informaon, details and comments back to office at end of week
- Wash and clean spec van at end of weekly visit cycle. We have a very comfy new small van, got to keep it looking great

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 - 32 per week

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
