We are seeking a proactive **Customer Success Specialist** to support SHL’s ANZ Indirect Sales Channel and ensure exceptional customer experience. This role focuses on enabling partners to succeed, helping to drive product adoption, and enhancing partner satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Account Director to ensure the success of the SHL partner network portfolio.
- Address inquiries and work with internal teams to resolve issues promptly, improving the partner experience.
- Monitor product usage, identify underutilisation, and provide actionable insights to drive engagement.
- Conduct regular check-ins with partners to ensure alignment and address needs.
- Support the team in delivering training, designing and sharing resources, and providing ongoing support to partners.
- Gather and analyse feedback to identify pain points and recommend process or experience improvements.
- Organise enablement sessions, workshops, and activities to empower partners.
- Track and report key metrics, including usage trends and partner satisfaction.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, and basic data analysis and reporting tools.
- Experience in customer experience, account management, marketing, or sales support.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms or talent assessment tools is advantageous.
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
- CRM database management experience.
- A positive team mindset combined with the ability to manage activity autonomously.
- High level of energy, attention to detail, resilient, adaptable, and eagerness to learn.
