**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Management**: Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- **On-Site Supervision**: Lead and supervise on-site construction activities, including coordinating subcontractors, directing laborers, and monitoring progress to ensure work is completed according to specifications and safety regulations.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and company policies.
- **Safety Compliance**: Promote and maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections, addressing hazards, and providing ongoing training to workers.
- **Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact between the construction team, project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, issues, and resolutions.

- **Team Development**: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to on-site staff and subcontractors, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment and promoting professional development and skill enhancement.
- **Client Relations**: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors to address any concerns, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the construction process.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a site foreman or construction supervisor, preferably in residential construction (preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and blueprints.
- OSHA certification and other relevant training in safety and construction management (preferred).
- Valid driver's license.
