**ABOUT THE COMPANY.** A well-known Canberra builder known for delivering Commercial, Newbuild/Refurb projects to the value of $100M. This company is looking to take on a Night Works Foreman to oversee the construction works on a commercial refurbishment project. Due to recent growth over the years they have a strong, steady pipeline of work and are looking to expand their growing team. It is intended that after the completion of this 12 month project that the position will roll into normal daytime working hours. **ABOUT THE POSITION.** As a Foreman you will report directly to the Site Manager and Project Manager of the project and will oversee on-site construction activity. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the project is successfully delivered on time with another key focus being on safety and ensuring the site is in accordance with WHS legislation. **DUTIES.** - WHS Management - Manage Sub-Contractors and Tradesmen - Assisting and working closely with the Site Manager - Managing scope of works to ensure site-based activities are planned and delivered in advance of their target date **SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.** - A Tertiary qualification - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proven experience managing sub-contractors and tradesmen - Strong record of stability with previous employers - Commercial, new build or refurb experience is advantageous **CULTURE.** This Company is highly regarded as a great place to work.
