Within this it has now created an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic and energetic National Account Manager with the self-drive and motivation to achieve results as well as having an ability to add real value and have impact where they may not have in other organisations.
- Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Operations your key responsibility will be to develop and enhance the key relationships with major National Grocery chains, more specifically Coles and Woolworths, whilst seeking to develop new business opportunities. You will also collaborate to successfully implement channel and category solutions delivering sustainable growth and relationships ongoing. Through this and being measured by commercial and financial budgets you will work closely with the major stakeholders across this business to align their values and professionalism together with proactively sourcing emerging trends, consumer behaviours and competitor activity that add real value to the business and its customer groups.
- Ideally, tertiary qualified, you MUST have previous National Account Management experience in managing Coles, Woolworths or both. You will possess superior communication skills with an ability to negotiate and influence at all levels both internally and externally. You will have a proven background and ability to build long sustainable relationships that create growth and add real value. You must have outstanding commercial acumen with a focus on profitability and building broader brand awareness as this organisation continues to grow and flourish. Finally, your strong ability to work cross functionally in project teams as well as fitting into an energetic and dynamic culture in a growing business, as well as thrive in a performance driven market will be well rewarded.
