**Your new role**

In this role, you will be responsible for developing industry leading marketing communications in response to opportunities identified by the Strategy Manager or Stakeholder. This work will be focussed on educating members to help them make the most of their super, with your role in delivering this program centred around coordination of content updates and optimisations, ensuring assets are kept up to date, on brand and compliant.

As Marketing Communications Coordinator, you will also support the Marketing Communications Consultant in developing a wide variety of end-to-end communications by managing YouTube educational content, setting up Zoom sessions, webinar scheduling, landing page updates, PowerPoint presentation updates, video content updates and social media content creation. This will involve management through platforms such as Excel, Jira and SharePoint which will benefit from your excellent attention to detail and proactive coordination approach.

You will work with colleagues across Member Growth & Marketing to ensure marketing communication assets are consistent across the board from the audience perspective, and look for efficiencies across work programs where possible.

**What you’ll need**
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications or related discipline
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and able to navigate platforms such as Jira, SharePoint and Zoom
- Ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Well-developed written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, yet strategically minded
- The ability to manage multiple projects, pressing timelines and some ambiguity with ease
- The ability to convert technical concepts into plain language and put the customer first
