A fantastic opportunity exists to join Zurich’s General Insurance team as an SME Market Underwriter.

In this role, you will support the Underwriting Manager and local distribution team, to grow and maintain a profitable SME portfolio by delivering a market leading level of underwriting to support our brokers. You will learn to evaluate risk across a broad range of industries and lines of insurance. Additionally, you will build and manage broker relationships and assist with marketing initiatives.

**Important to your success -**Unlock your potential**
- Experience in Underwriting and strong understanding of Broker networks
- Tertiary qualifications, ANZIIF, Insurance certification will be highly regarded
- Knowledge of legislation and regulations governing General Insurance
- Ability to deliver risk management decisions and strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Customer centric focus and ability to work in an agile environment.
