**Your New Role**
In this 12-month contract you will play an integral part in implementing and embedding the risk culture and conduct risk program of work and contributing to its continuous improvement and evolution (maturity?). You will provide Fund-wide strategic guidance as well as ongoing measurement, monitoring and reporting to ensure the Fund’s risk culture and conduct risk landscape continues to be aligned to strategic objectives. In this role, you will facilitate interfaces across the entire Fund and within Group Risk.
- Key duties include but are not limited to: _
- Work with the Senior Manager Risk Culture and Conduct to identify, develop, and deliver appropriate risk culture and conduct strategies and solutions to enable to the Fund’s risk culture.
- Deliver strategies and tools to design, implement and embed the Fund’s Risk Culture & Conduct Risk program of work, including annual reviews/survey, and reporting.
- Provide thought leadership and a continuous improvement mindset to the Risk Culture and Conduct Risk Program of work, including development of required artefacts.
- Manage the risk culture and conduct reporting, including the Risk Culture Dashboard and Risk Gateways. You will bring data literacy skills, and experience analysing and presenting findings in informative and engaging ways with stakeholders and colleagues.
- Ensure relevant legislative and organisational requirements are met by keeping up to date on all key changes to relevant regulations. Understand regulatory risk culture expectations and risk frameworks in the financial industry.
- Ensure appropriate and relevant governance structures, policies and processes are followed, and advocate for continuous improvement to these.
- Change and effective communication is integral to the success of the team.
- Plan, schedule and conduct root cause analysis and deep dives focus groups, facilitated workshops and interviews as part of deep dive process to gain a better understanding of drivers of risk culture and behaviours.
- Experience with a visualisation and statistical software (PowerBI).
**What You’ll Need**
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in organisational change and / or risk management with a focus on culture, risk culture and conduct.
- A strong understanding of organisation psychology and risk culture and conduct risk frameworks and relevant tertiary/professional qualification in this area
- Experience within a financial services or professional environment where you have gained sound knowledge of risk management, psychology and human behaviour or internal audit.
- Experience in driving change and formalising strong communications across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong data literacy skills, and experience analysing and presenting findings in informative and engaging ways with senior audiences.
- High attention to detail, strong time management skills and clear verbal and written communication capability, as well as strong stakeholder engagement experience.
- High level of self-awareness and commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- The ability to adapt working style to fast paced work environment, multi-tasking and manage demanding workloads.
- Experience which has given thorough exposure to project management, change management methods and techniques will see you succeed and excel in this role.
