Reporting to Head of Events, the Customer Service / Internal Sales Assistant will provide excellent customer service / inside sales for ImpactInstitute events. You will join a team of dynamic individuals seeking to make a real difference.

Your experience and passion for organisation, strong communication skills and ability to multitask will be the secret to your success.

Day-to-day, the Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for:

- Managing inbound enquiries
- Outbound communication
- Mantaining CRM and other databases
- Inside sales - managing inbound requests through to close

Skillset:

- 1 - 2 years experience in a customer service role, including inbound sales.
- CRM experience, salesforce would be an advantage

Mindset:

- Excellent communication (written and verbal), organisation and coordination skills
- A team player who can develop the ability to work autonomously
- Ability to use own initiative and handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
- Customer Service Orientation

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work in Chatswood office at least two days per week (Tues/Wed)
- Ability to travel to expo events at least seven times per year (~three days away, including a Saturday)
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
