Job is located in Chatswood, Sydney. This role requires someone to come to our Chatswood warehouse 5 days a week.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate effectively with our remote customer service manager in Brisbane to streamline and improve customer service processes
- Assist in managing administrative tasks efficiently and accurately, demonstrating high attention to detail
- Contribute insights and suggestions to enhance our sustainable practices and customer service strategies
- Advocate for our brand's commitment to sustainability in every interaction

**Essential Qualities and Skills**:

- Friendly, caring and empathetic to all customers
- Strong attention to detail (no spelling mistakes/grammatical errors and making sure all customer names are spelled correctly)
- A genuine interest in sustainability
- Ability to work independently, managing time and priorities effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Job Details**:

- Location: Hero Packaging Warehouse, Chatswood
- Schedule: 5 days a week, approximately 5 hours per day

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of sustainable practices within the industry will be a plus
- Proficiency with customer service ticketing systems and other relevant software

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
