**Location**: Southland Shopping Centre (1239 Nepean Hwy, Cheltenham VIC 3192)

**Positions Available1. Produce Manager**
- Oversee produce operations (ordering, display, quality, staff coordination)
- Ensure freshness and proper inventory management
- Train and lead the produce team
- Maintain food safety standards
- Provide friendly customer service

**Requirements**:

- Proven produce management experience
- Knowledge of produce varieties, quality checks, and storage methods
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to work shifts (including weekends and holidays)

**2. Grocery Store Team Member**
- Operate the cash register and handle payments
- Restock shelves and maintain store cleanliness
- Assist customers with inquiries
- Support general daily store operations

**Requirements**:

- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Good communication skills
- Able to handle and arrange products
- Flexible for weekend/public holiday shifts

**What We Offer**
- **Pay**: AUD 24.10 - 38.35/hour
- Up to 38 hours per week
- Staff discounts, performance bonuses, and career development
- Flexible shifts (8 or 10 hours)
