Position Overview

We are seeking friendly and reliable Grocery Team Members to join our team. You'll be working in a dynamic environment, supporting store operations with a focus on fresh produce, stock movement, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the handling, stocking, and rotation of fresh produce
  • Unload deliveries and manage backroom produce storage
  • Maintain clean, organised, and safe produce and warehouse areas
  • Support general grocery operations including shelf stocking, pricing, and customer assistance
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a grocery store or supermarket role
  • Experience in visual merchandising is highly advantageous
  • Preference will be given to candidates who are available to work full-time
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Physically fit and able to lift/move stock
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
