**We're Hiring: Fresh Produce Manager**
Are you passionate about fresh fruits and vegetables?
Do you have a keen eye for quality and a flair for merchandising?
We are looking for an experienced **Fresh Produce Manager** to lead our produce department and deliver top-quality, well-presented produce to our valued customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure high standards of **quality control** across all fresh produce.
- Manage **stock ordering** to maintain optimal inventory levels and reduce waste.
- Perform **regular price adjustments** in line with market trends and sales targets.
- Provide **product knowledge and training** to team members to improve service and efficiency.
- Lead and motivate staff in daily operations and performance.
- Maintain high standards of **visual merchandising** to enhance customer appeal.
- Monitor and report on department performance, margins, and supplier issues.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years’ experience** in a produce management or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of **fresh produce varieties, seasonality, and handling requirements**.
- Proven ability to manage pricing, stock levels, and waste efficiently.
- Skilled in **visual merchandising** and creating attractive displays.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Passionate about delivering quality and customer satisfaction.
