**Your Experience**

You will bring a person-centred approach, placing the person at the centre of their service. You will work collaboratively, tailoring your approach to the needs of the individual. You will quickly establish rapport with clients and their families and have clear and effective communication skills. You will have excellent attention to detail and accuracy in case notes and record-keeping. You will be comfortable supporting adult clients with intellectual/physical disabilities, high medical needs, mental health diagnosed or high behavioural concerns.

**Special requirements**

These roles require female Support Workers who can assist our clients located in mainly in the western suburbs of Adelaide. We have a number of clients who we are looking to build their core support team.

Several of the clients are under 18 years of age, so you will need current Working with Children Check and Safe Environments for Children & Young People certificate.

Another client is a 2:1, therefore, you will always have another staff member with you. It is important that you have Epilepsy and Midazolam training, as well as Crisis Prevention Institute Training (CPI) for this role.

**Your Availability**

We have permanent shifts available, including passive sleepover shifts attached to afternoon and morning shifts. You must be willing to pick up a combination of shorter and longer shifts. There is a possibility to pick up extra shifts if required.
