**Your new Role**
As a Mental Health Worker, you’ll play a key role in supporting individuals on their recovery journey. You'll work with clients experiencing eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns — offering non-clinical, recovery-oriented support through planning, outreach, education, advocacy and more.

- ** Use recovery-focused approaches** — Work with a mix of holistic, trauma-informed, and strengths-based methods to support each person’s journey.
- ** Empower and inform** — Help individuals build confidence, resilience, and independence, while guiding them to helpful clinical and non-clinical services.
- ** Promote awareness** — Deliver info sessions and support groups for schools, community groups, and services to reduce stigma and build understanding.
- ** Be part of the team** — Collaborate with your team, attend meetings, and help shape and grow the EDSS program to reach those who need it most.
