**Mission**: We’re redefining support for disability and aged care in Australia by helping people who are aging or living with disability to connect with independent support people in their community.
An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Performance Marketer to lead Mable’s Performance Marketing Team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional growth and be a key member within an ambitious and fast-moving multidisciplinary digital & marketing team.
Your team will be responsible for reviewing analytics and data regularly, optimising channel mix, creative, offers etc and optimising where required to ensure you are delivering strong ROI.
You will own the conversion of visitor to signups through a solid CRO strategy and experimentation framework and work closely with team members, agency partners, product and engineering to deliver a continuous optimisation and growth and will represent marketing as a key member of the growth squad to optimise through the funnel (Signup to engagement)
**More specifically, you will**:
- Own the development and execution of Mable's performance marketing plans.
- Oversee all performance marketing media planning and buying activities.
- Determine the structure of the growth team including internal and external resources and build out the talent.
- Develop the optimal marketing mix and measurement metrics in collaboration with Data analyst
- Join forces with the content and brand teams to implement holistic growth strategies.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to bring to life innovative and targeted advertising campaigns.
- Build ad-tech automation and conversion rate optimisation capabilities to bring in house
- Establish robust experimentation and go to market frameworks.
- Identify and manage the optimal allocation of resources.
- Map out user journey and increase user funnel conversion.
**What are we looking for**:
- 10+ years experience in growth, acquisition and digital marketing.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of industry trends, challenges and opportunities.
- Proven ability implementing strategies across the full funnel of digital and growth marketing channels.
- Advanced technical skills in ad-tech/mar-tech, ad buying, automation, measurement and attribution.
- Application of a growth mindset to your day to day.
- Hunger to get on the tools to execute your plans with your team.
- Experience in high growth startups/companies.
- Robust leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
