From humble beginnings with a small Brisbane team in 2003, Optimum has grown to a team of over 30 staff across 4 locations. Our purpose is to help our clients achieve their goals through their people.
**The Opportunity**
With leadership from one of our founding team members, Alicia Sumich, you will be expertly trained in both contract and permanent recruitment. We'll teach you to recruit Administrators, Call Centre Operators, Accounts Clerks, Assistant Accountants, Payroll Officers, Project Coordinators, Medical Receptionists and many more job types.

**What you'll do**
Each day will vary, but here is a snapshot of some key activities:
- Interviewing - conducting in person and online interviews.
- Assignment Delivery - Running recruitment assignments from end to end.
**What you'll bring**
We will teach you all you need to know about recruitment consulting. You will work with some of the best Consultants in the industry and be given the opportunity learn from our high performing team. You'll bring your energy, a curious mind, generous nature, and competitive spirit. Previous customer service experience will be highly regarded.
