Recruitment or Sales experience is ideal but not essential, if you are goal orientated, hard working and eager to carve out a career in a thriving industry then the role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant would be for you.

The role of a Recruitment Consultant is varied and demanding. From day one you will receive industry leading training delivered by our experienced in-house L&D Team and management team.

**About the Role**:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be headhunting the best talent in the Engineering Industry
- You'll use a range of sales and marketing techniques to attract the best - including job adverts, LinkedIn content & building your own personal brand, Networking, sales calls & meetings.

You will develop your own client base and become their go-to for business growth, helping them to reach their goals.

You'll manage the entire recruitment process from initial screening calls to closing deals.

Bonuses in excess of $3,500 per month (our record to date is in excess of $30,000)
