**About Us**:
As an Automotive Industry Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent in the automotive sector. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in Service Advising or New Car Sales to leverage their industry knowledge and transition into the recruitment field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain a network of industry professionals.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and changes in recruitment practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in service advising or new car sales.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry, including job roles, skills, and qualifications.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to the hiring process.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.

**Remuneration**:
The remuneration for this position will consist of a retainer, plus commission, plus super. On Target Earnings for this role will be from $80k - $120k.
