You will alos have an opportunity to work with the dual-code international legend, Lote Tuqiri, who is Agri Labour Australia's Pacific Labour Ambassador.

**The role**

With Australian agriculture continuing to boom, the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility Scheme (PALM) plays a critical role in supporting primary production operations across the country. As the Pacific Labour Coordinator, you will support our Pacific Labour Team to position Agri Labour Australia (ALA) as experts and respected industry leaders in Pacific labour workforce provision.

Assisting the Pacific Labour Manager to screen and select Pacific workers in consultation with the Labour Sending Units of participating Pacific countries;
Provide logístical and administrative support to mobilisation activities including procuring tickets, visas, and bus transfers, health insurance, vehicles, and quality accommodation for the Pacific workers;
Providing hands-on support with induction training activities including printing training material and ensuring that record-keeping meets Agri labour Australia's compliance responsibilities

Liaise with PALM regarding recruitment and accommodation plans.

Directly engage with clients around worker welfare issues.

Supporting the Worker Welfare Team as required and completing and incident reports

**Skills & Experience**

With excellent time management and multi-tasking capabilities, it's important you can prove the following:
Keen to learn about the Pacific and managing complex regional programs.

Driven to benefit clients through the provision of a productive workforce, and to benefit our Pacific workers and their families at home.

Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and can quickly learn to use in-house software.
