- Understanding of medical terminology, as well as medical and allied health professional organisations and relevant stakeholders.
- Ability to demonstrate teamwork.
- Capability to build strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and documentation skills.
- Understanding of the Medicare Benefits Schedule.
- Experience with Medical practice software.
- Current CPR training completed within the last three years.
- Valid criminal record screening.
- Work rights in Australia.

**Patient-centric**:

- Deliver an exceptional patient experience and help patients prepare for their provider visit.
- Ensure patients are always delighted with the level of care they receive and feel comfortable and respected by all our staff.
- Ensure services are in a practical, coordinated and patient-focused manner.
- Assist patients in navigating the healthcare system.

**Qualifications and experience include**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with and relate to people from all walks of life and with different cultural backgrounds, especially people over the age of 65 and children
- Highly organised and demonstrated customer service skills, with great attention to detail.
- Adaptable and practical with an ability to work under pressure
- An eagerness to be a part of a new model of out-patient care and make an impact in a growing team
