- Job descriptionWe are looking for an ambitious marketing professional, up-to-date on the latest in marketing strategies and ready to play a part in the continued growth and evolution of our $2B, publicly traded, global organizational consulting firm (NYSE: KFY).

The regional marketing specialist is the primary marketing lead partnering with our regional sales teams to develop and execute local demand generation programs and campaigns that build awareness, nurture leads, and accelerate opportunities to close.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities as a Regional Marketing Specialist are varied and diverse. They will typically include, but are not limited to:

- Develop creative campaigns and approaches to solve regional challenges
- Set goals and define metrics for each campaign including targeted lead flow
- Manage internal communication between sales and marketing
- Evaluate marketing campaigns’ impact and ROI to determine the success and forecast potential for future investment
- Manage production of localized content
- Manage and maintain regional marketing budget
- Report on regional marketing ROI and performance

**Professional Experience Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing / communications, or relevant work experience
- Working knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce is a plus
- Strong project management, time management, and execution skills
- Strong organizational skills, ability to anticipate the needs of sales
- Ability to maintain an optimistic, approachable, and self-starter attitude
- Demonstrates creative spark as expressed in ideas for messaging, creative design, etc.
