Client Relationship Officer

We are currently seeking motivated Call Centre Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service, guiding clients through their inquiries, and providing them with the information they need about our services. Additionally, you will play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with our referrers, ensuring they have the support and resources necessary to recommend our services effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Support**: Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with inquiries about tax depreciation services, providing clear and accurate information.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with referrers, ensuring they are informed about our services and equipped to promote them effectively.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly, escalating complex cases to appropriate team members when necessary.
- **Database Management**: Accurately log client interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up and service delivery.
- **Service Promotion**: Educate clients and referrers about our offerings, highlighting the benefits of our tax depreciation reports to drive engagement and referrals.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and document client feedback to help improve services and enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client service and support.
- **Performance Tracking**: Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling times, customer satisfaction scores, and referral follow-up rates.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
