**The roles**
**Corporate Support Officer - Program**
- 4 x fixed term positions
- Southport & Greenslopes locations
- Duration: 6 months / 7 months / 11 months / 12 months.
As a Corporate Support Officer - Program you will be responsible for outworking end-to-end processes to ensure the delivery of the Program of Work across Energy Queensland. Including but not limited to project creation, packaging, post packaging, material requisitioning and supporting the management of budgets.
We’re interested in hearing from you if you have:
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent demonstrated knowledge and capability;
- Meticulous attention to detail is essential;
- Strong commitment to adhere to service level agreements (SLA’s);
- Ability to adapt, reframe and refocus as the shifting of business priorities requires (may be multiple times per day);
- Commitment to follow the work instructions and operate in an autonomous environment;
- Compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, procedures and practices;
- Demonstrated commitment to high productivity and embracing new learnings and processes in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and productive working relationships within our team, as well as support broader team collaboration;
- High degree of self-motivation, commitment to achieving and reaching goals is highly desirable.
**Corporate Support Officer - Workgroup**
- 1 x Permanent position located Southport
- 1 x fixed term position (9 months) located Landsborough.
As a Corporate Support Officer - Workgroup you will be responsible for providing operational support to our Operations - Field Delivery teams across Energy Queensland. Including but not limited to time sheeting, labour costing analysis, purchasing, fleet, travel and corporate card reconciliations to ensure the delivery of core services.
We’re interested in hearing from you if you have:
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent demonstrated knowledge and capability;
- Ability to read and interpret labour costing analysis and reporting;
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide support through understanding customer needs and proactively delivering quality services within the team;
- Compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, procedures and practices;
- Prioritise tasks to ensure adherence to the Service Level Agreement for time-sheeting;
- Collaborate effectively managing information and confidentiality requirements across Energy Queensland Limited in accordance with applicable ring-fencing parameters.
