**Job Description**:
HOMIC is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is suited for ABN holders and requires traveling across Melbourne/VIC to manage and grow our customer base. You will play a key role in building strong relationships, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our business. Pre-qualified leads will be provided, and you will also be responsible for researching and identifying additional lead opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively manage and grow a portfolio of accounts across Melbourne/VIC.
- Engage with pre-qualified leads to drive sales and expand the customer base.
- Research and identify new business opportunities and generate additional leads.
- Confidently negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and seamless customer experiences.
- Regular travel across Melbourne to meet clients and prospects.

**Requirements**:

- Must hold an ABN (Australian Business Number).
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to make sound decisions confidently.
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual with a drive for success.
- Ability to independently research and generate new lead opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while on the road.

How to Apply:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Subcontract

Pay: $45,028.32 - $80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 3 years (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
