**About them**:
This company is growing Australian resources player, operates in Bowen and Surat Basins. Due to an exciting and transformative acquisition for the business, the company has become one of the leading metallurgical coal producers globally and provide the business with a portfolio of Tier 1 assets.

**The role**:
As their ER Specialist, you will bring your expertise to influence to support Site leaders and the wider business, working closely with the HR Superintendent. Your role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure effective management of ER and IR matters.

You will help develop industrial and employee relations communication systems, managing the union relationships to create a productive workforce onsite. You will play a large part in aligning systems and policies with the company's values and regulatory requirements, while also providing essential support in navigating IR and ER matters. You will conduct training sessions, manage the complete employee life cycle, and offer senior-level support in HR operations

**About you**:

- Experience in industrial relations (mining preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HR principles
- Experience with EBA negotiations
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Tertiary HR qualifications
