Sime Darby Motors is focused on selling quality products supported by excellent after sales services. Located in Rydalmere, SD Parts is our wholesale parts distribution business which works closely with OEM partners, internal and external customers to provide the highest level of customer service.

**About the role**:

- Accurately interpreting Parts manuals / OEM systems to ensure the correct parts for each Parts Customer are identified
- Ensure all customer's requirements are promptly and accurately quoted and invoiced correctly as needed
- Monitor and action the quotes and requests from the external quoting platforms
- Assist with other duties as required
- Proactively look for alternative solutions that ensure mínimal delays are experienced in the completion of the Customers order

**About you**:

- Experience working in a Parts environment, with previous interpretation experience
- Deep knowledge of the automotive industry and the Aftersales, workshop environment
- Experience working in fast paced environment
- A full NSW drivers licence and a sound driving record
