As a key influencer, you'll convert complex technical designs into clear, compelling presentations that demonstrate the value of end-to-end warehouse integration to our customers. Working hand-in-hand with project engineers, you'll use your technical expertise to develop and present customised solutions that solve specific customer challenges and drive strategic business growth with your technical expertise.

**The Challenge**
- Translating high-level customer requirements into technical solutions and compelling proposals
- Delivering technical guidance on software integration, infrastructure, security, and delivery timelines
- Designing and presenting scalable solutions for the Dematic IQ Warehouse Control System
- Supporting sales efforts with detailed documentation, cost estimates, and presentations
- Acting as a bridge between clients, sales, and engineering teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Contributing to ongoing improvements in proposal tools, processes, and standard documentation

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON**
- Leading technical discovery with customers and internal teams
- Aligning solutions with standard software functionality while identifying bespoke requirements
- Designing compelling technical presentations and proposals that are visually engaging and persuasive
- Gathering and refining requirements, and feeding insights back into product development
- Building productive internal and external relationships to support collaborative sales processes
- Participating in client meetings, trainings, and product demos across varying stakeholder levels

**SETTING YOU UP FOR SUCCESS**
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering).
- Pre-sales consulting experience with complex software systems
- A strong grasp of software integration, IT infrastructure, automation equipment and warehouse operations
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Able to demonstrate Dematic’s products and technologies to audiences of varied technical knowledge
- An analytical mindset with creative problem-solving abilities
- High emotional intelligence and a results-driven approach
- Willingness to travel locally, interstate, and internationally as needed

**Desireable Technical Skills**:

- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Familiarity with modern software platforms
- Knowledge of Networking and security principles
- Knowledge of Middleware and virtualisation technologies
- Awareness of emerging trends in automation and logistics
