We're seeking dedicated and compassionate **Support Workers** to join our team, providing care and support across **Youth Services and Disability** in the **Newcastle and Central Coast regions**.

Must have a reliable vehicle and relevant experience
Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) or Youth equivalent required
Ability to work across both Youth and Disability Services is highly valued for a full schedule

**What we need from you**:

- Cert III in Individual Support (Disability)
- or Diploma in Community Services (relevant qualification)
- Australian Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
