**About the role**

The HammondCare events team is involved in over 40 events each year. Events can take many forms, from our peak event, the International Dementia Conference, to industry conferences across Australia to smaller internal events for our team of 5,000 across 40 sites.

The role of **Events Co-ordinator** works within the Mission in Action of HammondCare and is responsible for:

- Supporting the delivery of end-to-end events for both internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting the Head of Events and the broader Events team to achieve key strategic objectives

**About you**:

- Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action.
- Completing or recently completed an Event Management qualification
- Strong willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Happy, can-do attitude
- Attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills
- Computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite (including Teams) and Zoom
- Flexibility to travel and attend events outside of standard business hours including weekends and interstate
- Current class c drivers licence
