**About the role**

We’re looking for a hands-on Meeting and Events Concierge to join our Front of House team. You will work with a small team of hospitality professionals to oversee the smooth operation and presentation of our client meeting rooms and event space. The Concierge team are responsible for welcoming guests and NSW Health Staff providing a seamless experience upon arrival and departure.
As the face of 1 Reserve Road and the NSW Health organisations that occupy the premises, the focus of this role is to deliver the highest quality service standards, while operating the Concierge-managed space at maximum efficiency and productivity. For special events or other business requirements, there may also be occasional early starts from 6:30am, and finishing times up to 8:00pm.
Administrative Officer Level 6, starting salary from $80340.91- $ $82240.21 plus Super, with a 38 hour work week.
**What you will do**
- Warmly, politely and professionally greet all staff and visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and looked after.
- Ensure that meeting rooms and event spaces are set up to client requirements, service rooms with water and catering throughout the day, and reset rooms after meetings have finished.
- Providing support for audio visual equipment and booking meeting rooms and catering using or event booking system (EMS) while coordinating catering orders, delivering/setting up catering and invoice management.
- Supporting the reception and switchboard team to answer telephones and assist staff and visitors when required.
- Acting as a Fire warden and First Aider when required.
**About you**
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
- Demonstrated hospitality and customer service industry experience in meeting room management, event operations or corporate hospitality, including experience with food and beverage.
- Demonstrated experience providing front-line support for audio visual equipment, including video conferencing, Teams, teleconference and AV equipment.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written and the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
- Experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritize competing demands and achieve results.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively manage workload and to work independently with mínimal supervision.
