12 month fixed term contract role, paid as a salary
- Supporting PMO, PM’s, on boarding, organise team events etc.
- Flexible working environment, CBD & WFH, Hybrid

Key Tasks for this role include:

- Update the program resource register and organisation charts.
- Maintain document libraries in SharePoint ensuring key documentation such as contracts and SOWs are saved centrally.
- Assist in program financial management - commitment tracking and invoice submissions in Concur system.
- Support program alignment with EPMO requirements including timesheet submissions.
- Coordinate of onboarding activities for new starters
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings and take minutes.
- Coordinate workshops, events and organising catering where required.
- Workspace planning - coordinating facilities management, staff relocations, maintaining seating plans and asset registers.
- Order stationery and supplies for the team.
- Distribute of team communications
- Manage leave register.

- Ability to meet deadlines and work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow own work schedule
