As a People & Culture Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team and helping to create an exceptional employee experience.
Here's what you'll be doing:
**HR Support**:
- You'll be the go-to person for managing employee records, ensuring accuracy and keeping them up-to-date in our HR systems.
- Keep track of leave allocations and maintain the leave data. We need your attention to detail to notify relevant management about any sick absentees.
- Take charge of the employee onboarding and offboarding process. You'll be responsible for sending new starter checklists, exit checklists, and issuing exit surveys.
- Get your photography skills ready You'll be capturing photos of new starters and keeping our photo wall updated, adding a personal touch to our workplace.
- Maintain the consultant profile document to keep everyone informed and up-to-date.
- Coordinate training and development activities, ensuring schedules are set, employee participation is tracked, and renewal reminders are sent.
- We'll need your assistance in preparing reports and record-keeping for various HR items, such as leave, COVID cases, and recruitment data.
- Keep the staff changes spreadsheet updated and ensure timely notifications are sent to payroll.
- Help us maintain HR-related policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulations.
- Let's celebrate You'll be in charge of managing work anniversary milestone gifts and celebrations.
- Provide general administrative support to our HR team whenever needed.
- Be the document wizard Issue promotion/salary increase letters and manage the process like a pro.
**HR Recruitment Support**:
Join us in the exciting world of recruitment
- Assist in the process by scheduling interviews and issuing online reference checks.
- Ensure all recruitment documentation is in order and received before the start date, including registration, working with children checks, police checks, etc.
**Office Coordination**:
- You'll be our office superhero Make sure our kitchen, bathroom, and office supplies are always stocked. Place orders when needed to keep the office running smoothly.
- Party planner extraordinaire Assist with coordinating social events and in-office celebrations, such as managing birthday cakes. Let's have some fun together
