**The organisation**

The Housing Industry Association is Australia's peak private sector building industry body, representing builders, trade contractors, manufacturers, suppliers and related industry participants. As a national industry organisation, HIA's primary role is to represent and advance the interests of its members.

**The role**

Working as part of the Digital team, the Digital Producer is primarily responsible for managing, maintaining and updating content on the website.

**Key responsibilities include**:
The Digital Producer is responsible for creating exceptional online experiences for HIA’s members, customers and visitors, looking for ways to improve the digital user experience:

- Creating engaging reader-friendly web pages to enrich the user experience
- Ensuring the website is accurate and up to date
- Turning complex, ambiguous briefs into clear digital outputs
- Being a Sitecore specialist and contributing to digital guidelines and web standards
- Working with the business to enable website campaigns, initiatives and optimisation activities.

To be successful in this role, you will be a highly organised and self-motivated individual who can demonstrate:

- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Digital Producer in an agile environment.
- Outstanding attention to detail and English language skills (punctuation, spelling and grammar).
- Understanding of, and basic skills in, HTML and CSS along with JIRA/Confluence.
- Passionate about delivering an outstanding user-experience.
- Experience using content management systems to publish content.
- Strong interpersonal and team skills with the ability to communicate with a mix of personalities.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills.

Tertiary qualifications in a related field and experience using ‘Sitecore’ will be viewed favorably.
