We are looking for experienced support workers around Perth area.

**In the Support Worker role you will**:

- Provide social support, shopping assistance
- Provide care, supports and services in a safe and competent manner, with care and skill as detailed in the Support Plan.
- Promptly take steps to raise and act on concerns about matters that may impact the quality and safety of care, supports and services.
- Act with respect for the privacy of people..
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.

**Requirements of the role**:

- Full Australian working rights.
- Have a current WA Drivers Licence.
- Have a current Provide First Aid Certificate.
- Have a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Have your own motor vehicle which is roadworthy, registered and insured.
- Have your own mobile phone.
- Certificate III in Disability (Desirable)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $31.76 - $57.17 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 28 per week

Work Location: In person
