Our goal is to provide services at the same time, on the same day and with the same team of Support Workers which means that you know the people who are coming and the time they will arrive.

As a registered charity, we specialize in caring for the elderly, empowering them to maintain their independence with dignity.

Our commitment lies in delivering in-home services 7 days a week for Home Care Package recipients and 5 days a week for CHSP recipients.

We prioritize trust and continuity by guaranteeing our clients consistent support workers and scheduled services, thereby upholding their well-being and dignity.

**Description**:
**Role**:
As a Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless delivery of services to our clients. You will communicate with our Client Advisors (Case Managers) and core support workers to facilitate excellent client service. Your responsibilities will encompass:
Coordinating daily rosters to align with client needs for Home Care.
Efficiently processing service assignments within agreed-upon timeframes.
Acting on and documenting change requests and client enquiries.
Effectively generating and communicating service assignments with the support team.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely assignment of services to clients.

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm or 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, with flexibility to accommodate business needs. Participation in after-hours on-call roster during weekdays and weekends is required. Must be willing to accommodate staggered start and finish times.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Essential**:
Minimum of 2 years of recent scheduling experience in the aged care sector.
Familiarity with the SCHADS award and the ability to adhere to standard instructions.
Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage work effectively under pressure.
Valid Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
Collaborative team player.
Honest, trustworthy, reliable.

Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Above average interpersonal and communication skills
Above average numerical skills.
Abstract reasoning and problem solving skills.
Proven attention to detail.

**Desirable**:
Current Motor Vehicle licence
