Are you passionate about making a positive difference in someone's life? We are seeking a **female Disability Support Worker** to join us and provide support to a lady with activities such as:

- Attending appointments
- Assisting with some basic home chores in the outdoor area
- Picking up groceries and assisting with shopping
- Community access

**Hours of support**:
**9 am to 3 pm om Tuesdays and Thursdays**

**11 am to 7 pm on Wednesdays**

About You:

- Strong verbal communication skills
- Able to bring creativity and adaptability to the role
- Experience with Mental Health and Challenging Behaviour
- Punctual, reliable, and kind
- A positive and solution-focused mindset
- Enthusiastic about supporting someone with Autism and Brain Injury
