Our client, a leading IT company, is seeking a dynamic and motivated B2B Business Development Representative to join their rapidly expanding sales team.

**About the Role**:
This remote opportunity is designed for a sales professional eager to make a significant impact within a supportive environment. You’ll have consistent exposure to senior leaders, with a clear path for substantial career growth. As a key player in the sales team, you’ll be responsible for driving new business through proactive outreach, lead generation, and relationship management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cold Calling**: Proactively create connections and uncover new sales opportunities through targeted cold calling.
- **Lead Generation**: Focus on generating leads and driving event-based sales initiatives.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior marketing and sales leaders across the industry.
- **Appointment Setting**: Book qualified appointments and manage relationships with end-users, ensuring a smooth transition through to sales acceptance.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to drive the overall success of sales campaigns and initiatives.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Sales Experience**: A minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience is required.
- **Cold Calling Expertise**: Proven track record of making 100+ calls per day with effective strategies for building rapport and generating interest.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish and build relationships with senior decision-makers.
- **Professionalism**: A professional demeanor and phone manner are essential for success in this role.
- **Work Ethic**: A proactive learner with a student mentality, ready to absorb knowledge and hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
- **IT Knowledge**: While experience in IT is preferred, it is not essential.
- **Lead Generation Expertise**: Ability to identify and qualify N.E.A.T (need, economic impact, authority, timeframe) opportunities and engage potential clients in meaningful conversations around solutions.

Salary
- 55-60k base wage + commission, OTE= 120-130k

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
