Due to an exciting period of continued growth, we have a newly created Leasing Manager opportunity for a high-profile client account that offers a portfolio of recognised brands This role will manage the day-to-day activities for the assigned properties and be the key point of contact for stakeholders, landlords and tenants.

This is a permanent part-time role, 18.75 hours per week.

Delivering real estate management services and functions to the portfolio, your key responsibilities will include;
- Leasing (mainly lease renewals & options)
- Market based rent reviews
- Sub leasing & early surrender
- General property management matters
- Reviewing and driving cost optimisation initiatives and results
- Providing input as required into the preparation of budgets for each site
- Accurately fulfilling all reporting requirements
- Consulting with client personnel and agents, dealing with all enquiries from statutory bodies and other interested parties as they relate to the ownership and occupancy of the properties

You’ll be a confident self-starter who is looking for a successful career in Property. You thrive on providing superior customer service, enjoy building relationships with people, possess excellent communication skills, can juggle multiple tasks, and love to work as part of a dynamic team as well as autonomously.

Proven experience in property/ transactional leasing with a track record of driving results will be required as well as a real estate licence or property salesperson certification.
